About Lucy Beaumont

Lucy Beaumont is a true original and a comedic force to be reckoned with. A finalist on 2011's edition of So You Think You're Funny, she hit the ground running, scooping a BBC Radio New Comedy Award in 2012 and being named as a Best Newcomer Award Nominee at Edinburgh Fringe in 2014.  In 2019, she made an appearance on 8 Out of Ten Cats alongside her then-husband, fellow comedian Jon Richardson.  starring in her own faux-autobiographical sitcom soon followed, and she has since shown off her chaotic brilliance on Taskmaster, Celebrity Traitors, and crafted one of the most unhinged outfits ever seen on The Great British Sewing Bee.
